Home Staging FAQ's
Why should I consider staging my home?
Statistically, staged homes sell faster and for more money. The display of the home is critical in the marketplace. Think of your home as a retail product. It requires the best presentation possible to sell quickly and at the highest price.

I have real estate agent, why should I hire Stage Right?
Real estate agents and brokers play important roles in the sale and marketing of a property. But the homeowner is responsible for the presentation of their property in the marketplace. Homeowners, however do not have the skills and expertise to know how to present their home to effect price and time on the market. Stage Right has certified professional stagers that understand what buyers want.

What is the SAC?
SAC stands for Staging Assessment Checklist. As part of our consultation with homeowners we complete an assessment of the property. We identify areas of need by priority and provide a compete checklist to the client.

How much will staging my home cost?
Staging can range between $500 and $2,000 depending on the size and condition of the home. We believe staging can benefit all home sellers therefore we work with each homeowner's budget to make it affordable. We do this by focusing on the top two or three priority areas identified on the SAC. For a vacant home, there are additional fees for short-term rental of our furnishings and accessories.

How do you stage a vacant home?
We offer a variety of rental or permanent purchase options that include art, accessories, lighting, furnishings and greenery.
